Fly Juggle ("the App", "we", "our") is committed to your privacy. This policy describes what data the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.
Imported or recorded clips: When you import a video from Photos or record a clip using the camera, the App accesses that media only to analyze your juggling or to save a replay you explicitly request. AI Coach reads your clip on-device using Google MediaPipe and on-device machine-learning frameworks; tracking, scoring, overlays, and replays are computed locally. Your video files and frames are never uploaded for AI Coach analysis. The only exception is if you choose to share a trick: tapping Share generates a short animated GIF of that replay and uploads it to our storage provider (Supabase) to create a public shareable link. No media leaves your device unless you explicitly tap Share.
AI text features: Some features (trick recommendations, coaching advice) may send short structured summaries — for example trick name, numerical scores, timing metrics, and other juggling statistics derived from on-device analysis — through Fly Juggle server infrastructure to AI service providers. These payloads do not include raw video or pixel data.
Replay export: If you tap Save, generated replay videos are written to your Photo Library at your request.
The App uses PostHog (posthog.com) for first-party product analytics. PostHog collects:
PostHog analytics data is not used for advertising, is not linked to your real identity, and is not sold or shared with third parties for any purpose other than operating and improving the App. PostHog's privacy policy is available at posthog.com/privacy.
If you subscribe to Fly Juggle Premium, the purchase transaction is processed entirely by the store you purchased through — Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We use RevenueCat to validate and manage your subscription status from the store receipt. We receive a transaction receipt (tied to a device identifier) that we use to confirm your subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment card information. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Analysis results such as scores, throw observations, catch locations, timing metrics, and progression history are stored locally on your device so your past sessions appear inside the App. Optional coaching-text features may send only the structured summaries described in Section 2; they do not include your video.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the App:

Structured coaching-text payloads are processed according to Section 2. Analysis summaries and progression history remain on-device until you reset your profile or delete the App. Anonymous analytics data is retained by PostHog per their data retention policy.
The App does not record microphone audio: there is no microphone permission prompt and no audio capture path in the shipping build.
You can revoke camera and media permissions at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Fly Juggle; Android: Settings → Apps → Fly Juggle → Permissions). You can manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android). You can reset all local profile and progression data from the App's Profile settings screen. The App is not directed at children under 13 and is not in the Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
